ORDERING
Orders can be mailed, phoned, of faxed and normally shipped within 1 to 3 days.

TERMS
Internet orders are payable in advance with a current credit card. Mail in orders are accepted by check or credit card. All returned checks are accessed a $35.00 fee.

OVERDUE INVOICES
Dealers who order on account and whose invoices become overdue are subject to a 1-1/2% overdue charge. Accounts that remain deliquint are subject to an additional 1-1/2% per month service charge.

FREIGHT
All orders exceeding $250.00 that are shipped U.S.P.S. in the lower 48 states, will be shipped freight free. On all other orders, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

PRICES
All prices listed on the website are subject to change, we will notify customers on all price increases before shipping. J&D Distributing is not responsible for typographical errors.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Call or contact us immediately if merchandis is damaged during shipping.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special order items from manufacturers listed on our website are always welcome. Please feel free to call any time to inquire about any item which you do not see on our site and are interested in. We do not accept returns on special orders.

RETURN MERCHANDISE
Please contact us before returning merchandis. The standard restock fee is 20%.
